At Kizuna Stationery we take pride in providing quality items carefully packed for shipping and aim to make your shopping experience enjoyable. If you receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after this 7-day period.

Please contact us before returning any items, as all returns must be approved first.

How to Return Items:

1. Contact Us:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and detailed photos of the issue for prompt assistance.

2. Return the Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including original packaging, barcode stickers, and any accessories (if applicable).
  • Use a registered postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Return shipping fees are incurred by the customer and will not be reimbursed.

3. Wait for your Refund

  • Once we receive your return, your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • We do not provide exchanges, if you would like to re-purchase the items, please put through another order.
