Shipping Location

Kizuna Stationery currently ships within Australia only. All orders will be shipped from Victoria via Australia Post.

Orders can only be shipped to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund, change address or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.

Order Processing Time

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (this can vary due to circumstances and busy seasons). You will be promptly notified with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Parcel Service delivery times are between 2 - 8 business days. Express Parcel Service delivery times are between 1 - 4 business days.
